   We are affording you apartments for tourist accommodation situated in five-floor house in
a residential section of Prague called  Vinohrady , in Z�hrebsk� str. Just a ten minute walk,
or one subway station, from the heart of Prague�s centre, - Wenceslaus Square.

   Houses in the district of Vinohrady were built as residences between 1900 and 1940,
including our house located at Zahrebska street, no. 18 , which were built by our family
in 1936. After the communists seized a power in 1948, the house became the property of
the state until the "Velvet Revolution" in 1989. Shortly after this time a general renovation
of the building began. It was at this time that the three tourist apartments were added.

   These modern apartments are now furnished in a charming wood motif, and include:
bathroom and toilet in the apartment, refrigerator, satellite television, telephone and
a kitchenette with the basic cooking utensils provided. The windows face south, overlooking
a garden located in the complex of residential houses. A view is rather limited because
of base level floor. There is a choice of a one-room apartments, suitable for 1 or 2 (3) persons,
or a two-room apartment , which is suitable for 2 - 4 persons. You will find the apartment tidy,
ready to use, clean bedding and towels provided.

   Free parking in our street is available all the time. However, during the week, the demand is
high and may mean parking around the corner.

   Should your stay be of a longer term, and with additional persons staying in the apartment,
the prices are discounted, as shown in the price list .

   Payment can be in cash, prior to the first day of occupancy, or during the initial period of the
occupancy, or by transfer to the account.

   Booking can be made by contacting the owner Michal Machek, directly, or by using
a booking form . Check the availability of chosen apartment at list of occupation before you
